Defining source
should be able to pick content from an existing website, text, files, elements, by using a graphical tool, defining some rules, by actually browsing the old site on the fly

Defining target
after defining the content sources, content placeholders like "content types" and "fields", "taxonomy terms", other "entities" in target CMS, Drupal 8, should be also able to defined via a user friendly interface.
Building a process
as a result a set of operations like "click", extract "article", "basic page", "custom node", should be able to create and adjust on the fly by drag and drop, defining the content extraction process itself. As a result after executing this process, the selected content would be migrated to destination Drupal 8
